Music

Music

As a former DJ in New York City (and current music curator for PUMP
Restaurant in West Hollywood), I have a wide range of musical tastes that spans
several genres. I have personally crafted several different types of soundtracks for
my breathwork sessions, and each one is unique to the type of mood or session I
intend to hold. With influences from trip-hop, 90’s electronica, LGBTQ+ pop icons,
grunge, riotgrrrl, and current day indie artists, my sessions are all wildly different in
their tone.

Themes

Music is a very important tool that helps me to connect to the rhythm of breath, and I find that it is integral to the overall experience. The following are some of the different themed breathwork sessions I have curated:

–Dharma Disco

A disco themed breathwork journey infused with Eastern beats, sitar, and upbeat tempo.
–Even Cowgirls Get The Blues
A queer country-western breathwork journey focusing on female voices and Americana.
–Breathing With Divas
LGBTQ+ divas: Stevie Nicks, Madonna, Britney, Florence Welch, Jessie Ware, Dolly Parton, Kylie, Gaga, and many more.
–Like a Prayer
An all-Madonna breathwork journey.
–Heart Breath
Music for coping with (and letting go of) heartbreak. Songs about loss and healing.
–Breathwork Bootcamp
A fast-paced electronic themed breathwork session for advanced breathers. Deep house, trance, and dance music for an intense full-body experience.
